Maui Car Rentals
If you are looking to rent a car while staying at our condo, you'll find there are a lot of options out there. When asked by our guests, we recommend booking through Costco Travel. The cars will be new and Costco seems to offer better rates than rates available elsewhere.
If you are looking to save money and don't mind having an old rental car with a lot of mileage and looks its age, we can suggest Manaloha Car Rentals. Please keep in mind however that older cars, although more affordable, tend to breakdown more often and are not as good on gas. Let Sergio know that you are guest of Ryan and you might be given a discount.
Directions from the Kahului (OGG) airport to Maui Sands
- Head northeast on Lanui Cir toward Koeheke St - About 1 min
- Continue onto HI-380/Kahului Airport Rd/Keolani Pl Continue to follow HI-380. - About 14 mins
- Turn left onto HI-30 S/Honoapiilani Hwy. - About 33 mins
- Turn left onto Lower Honoapiilani Rd. Maui Sands is on the left. - About 2 mins
- Pull into the first driveway of Maui Sands at 3559 Lower Honoapiilani Rd. The parking stall number will be provided to you 2 weeks prior to your check-in date.
- The entire route is 29 miles and will take about 50 minutes. Here is a link to the directions on Google Maps.
