Rental Fees

  • A $225 cleaning fee is charged per stay
  • Tax rate - 17.42% of rental
  • Additional guests - $25 - Per-Person Adjustment - Fee applies to parties of more than 4 guests
  • Refundable damage deposit - $500 / stay
  • 3.5% credit card fee if booking by credit card

Payment Options

Payments can be made by credit card, wire transfer, check or from a PayPal balance. Payments can be made online or by phone.
