Maui Sands Unit 4B
Two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an unusually close connection to the Pacific.
Following an 18-month hiatus, this cherished West Maui retreat returned with 2026 upgrades, including separately controlled air conditioning in both bedrooms and a 100-inch 4K television in the main living area.
The entire condo and Maui Sands grounds are available to guests. Its ground-floor position makes it easy to move between the living room, lanai, lawn and shoreline without stairs or elevators.
What makes 4B different
Maui Sands has 55 condos across approximately three landscaped acres. Unit 4B sits in the complex’s quiet oceanfront Building 4, close to the water access and away from the largest resort crowds.
Unit 4B is on the ground floor of Building 4, approximately 12 feet from the Pacific, with a wide lawn and no building between the lanai and the ocean.
The primary bedroom has a king bed. Two twins in the second bedroom can become a king with a natural-latex topper, and the queen sofa bed has a memory-foam mattress.
The main bathroom has a large river-rock shower, built-in bench, support bar, handheld showerhead and chlorine-removal filtration. Both bathrooms have granite counters and bamboo cabinetry.
Cook with a double-oven range, Vitamix, rice cooker, French press, drip coffee maker and cast-iron, ceramic and stainless-steel cookware. Reverse-osmosis water is available at the sink.
The living room includes a 100-inch 4K smart TV, five-speaker in-ceiling surround sound, cable with PVR, streaming services, Blu-ray player, popcorn maker and massage chair.
The condo has its own 1-gigabit internet connection, plus separately controlled air conditioning in each bedroom, ceiling fans and louvred ventilation for the tradewinds.
A high chair, playpen, stroller, children’s dinnerware, outlet covers, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, beach towels and beach toys help reduce what families need to pack.
Organic cotton linens, bamboo towels, zero-VOC paint, glass food storage, Teflon-free cookware, efficient appliances and annual carbon offsets support a lower-impact stay.
