How close is the ocean? Approximately 12 feet from the condo’s oceanfront edge. Unit 4B is on the ground floor with no building between the lanai and the Pacific.
How many people can the condo sleep? Up to six people total. The condo offers one king bed, two twins that can become a king, and a queen sofa bed. The existing rates apply an additional fee above four guests.
Is there air conditioning? Yes. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit, and each can be controlled separately. Ceiling fans, floor fans and louvred ventilation also make use of the tradewinds.
What beach equipment is included? Beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, beach towels and beach toys are supplied.
Is there a pool? Yes. Maui Sands has a pool surrounded by tropical greenery, plus barbecues, picnic areas and shuffleboard.
